This handbook and record system provides Diagnostic Imaging Managers, Radiation Protection Supervisors and Quality Assurance Co-ordinators with essential information to enable them to implement a quality assurance programme, and enables the Radiation Protection Adviser (RPA)/Medical Physics Expert (MPE) to audit the results of the programme.
